Sun City Peachtree Theatre Build-out
This Design-Build project was both a challenge and a pleasure to facilitate and build. The Sun City Peachtree 55 plus active community had an existing large clubhouse with approx. 8,000 S.F. of unfinished area on the first floor. It was our mission to turn it into a 145 seat theater along with extending the existing hallway and constructing 2 "group rooms" for cards or meetings. Duck Donuts Project in Alpharetta
It is with great pride and pleasure that we announce Tailor Made Enterprises of Georgia is the preferred contractor for a new concept in metro Atlanta called Duck Donuts. Duck Donuts is a "made to order" doughnut store concept and the Alpharetta store is the first of 3 stores currently under contract with Tailor Made Enterprises. The second store is under construction in Buckhead and permits have been filed for the third store in Toco Hills.
